USING RPA TO INTEGRATE MEDITECH WITH 3rd PARTY HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS
WEDNESDAY JULY 21, 12PM – 1PM EST
RPA is software that mimics human actions using AI and Machine Learning. A combination of user defined criteria and AI determine what decisions to make, and then perform a sequence of steps that lead to meaningful activity with, or without, any human intervention. The software “robots” speed up almost any business process. Automations can be built with just a few clicks and don’t require any programing skill to start producing results.
Most automation tools operating at the enterprise level require a redesign of existing systems in order to improve the business process. RPA centers around automating repetitive, rules-based processes in order to save time and money. Robotic Process Automation operates at the front end of applications leveraging existing IT infrastructure, thereby limiting disruptions to underlying systems. Automation is scalable for growing the business and benefits can be quickly realized with minimal system intrusion.

The goal of this engagement is to get a base level understanding of the automation process by a core group within your company. Once you implement an RPA tool and build one automation, your business team has the knowledge to improve the process for scaling to multiple departments, and eventually the whole company.
SphereGen works with your team to get the tool installed, learn how to choose optimum automation candidates, build a low complexity automation and analyze the ROI. We then help you create a roadmap to take your RPA show “on the road”, so that your company can realize even more savings.

You have already decided to implement UiPath or Power Automate, but need assistance in getting your RPA journey off the ground. We can help you get your automations production ready and start building your Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure successful process scaling.
Many companies can’t wait to dive into RPA and start seeing the savings roll in. Unfortunately, once they make the commitment – they aren’t always ready to continue the momentum to ensure success. SphereGen has the expertise get you to that next level and beyond.
The Production Level Pilot offering starts with SphereGen working with your business team to evaluate multiple low-complexity automation candidates and choose 1 to deploy to production. We will take you through the development process of detailing the current process with your Subject Matter Expert, designing and building the automation, then deploying it to production with your IT staff. After deployment, we will help you analyze the ROI, discuss maintenance, prepare your pipeline and discuss building the best CoE for your organization.
