Role: Technical HR Recruiter
• Experience: 3-4 years.• Perform searches on job portals to shortlist appropriate potential candidates• To source from various channels of sourcing available• Screen candidates over the phone based on internal criteria• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates as well as hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting efforts and provide status reports periodically
• Assist in other HR-related duties as required.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly• Excellent negotiation/convincing skills• Hands-on experience with entire recruiting process
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
