Position : Business Development Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 12-15 Years

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Manager, who can build up a strong pipeline of prospects in International market.
  • Must have extensive experience in selling IT services and should be from IT Background
  • Generating Sales leads with high end potential accounts and taking the complete accountability to complete the sales cycle in acquiring new accounts in the International market
  • Coordinating with Delivery Manager and Client
  • Managing the existing and new account management
  • Search the identify decision makers across potential clients
  • Generate leads based on in-depth market research & competitors’ analysis for focused verticals
  • Cold calling, emailing, and transacting on leads by sending relevant information.
  • Assist in building sales collateral to focus prospective clients
  • Creating database from different social networking sites and other forum.
  • Stay up to date of market developments, understand competitors trends, analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects.
  • Working closely with principle partners on various deals and managing partner relations.
  • Create and maintain database for future reference and use.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12-15 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written, external & internal
